The role involves efficiently managing customer requests and enquiries while providing accurate written proposals and confirmations to clients. The individual will offer administrative support to the Commercial Manager, handle incoming calls and emails related to groups and reservations, and manage rooming lists and correspondence. They must follow the customer complaints process, keeping the Management team informed, and consistently deliver high levels of customer service. Effective communication and teamwork with colleagues are essential, alongside attending relevant meetings and training sessions. Additionally, the role requires accurate profit and revenue capture through proper pricing, posting, and invoicing.
What you will be doing:
Ensure all customer requests and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and business-like manner
Provide clients with accurate written proposals and confirmations
Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager.
Handle incoming calls and emails with regards to groups and reservations
Deal with rooming lists & all correspondence relating to group and reservations.
Follow the customer complaints process, ensuring the Management team are advised
Always provide the highest level of customer service
To co-operate and communicate with colleagues to ensure effective department teamwork
To attend any meetings, training sessions or courses that may be beneficial to you and yourdevelopment
Accurate profit and revenue capture, through correct pricing, posting and invoicing
