This South Manchester secondary school are keen to add an engaging, hardworking, and energetic Religious Education (RE) Teacher to their humanities team, to promote the learning and academic progress of their subject.
As a Religious Education (RE) Teacher at this thriving secondary school, you would be expected to plan and deliver engaging religious education lessons to both KS3 & KS4 students, which would include GCSE classes and preparing students for exams.
The successful Religious Education (RE) Teacher would be contributing to a fantastic Humanities department which is run by a supportive Head of Department, who is always eager develop their team so they can reach their true potential.

Religious Education (RE) Teacher – what makes you suited to this role:
- PGCE / QTS
- Degree in religious education / philosophy / related subject
- Able to plan and run engaging RE lessons across KS3 & KS4
- Passion for Religious Education and Humanities subjects
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Flexible and professional approach to helping students learn and remain engaged.
- A full enhanced DBS will be required, which can be processed through Smile Education.
