About the Role:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using evidence-based guidelines
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain records per corporate policies, procedures, and NMC guidelines
- Ensure all care is provided in line with evidence-based care plans
- Manage patient care during your shift, where appropriate

Our specialist neurological care centre in Hertfordshire cares for people aged 18 and over with various neurological conditions. We focus on optimizing health, maximizing independence, and supporting emotional and social needs through expert neurorehabilitation.
About You:
- Registered nurse with post-registration clinical experience
- Knowledge of best clinical practices and current legislation in the care sector
- Committed to continuous professional development and service user involvement
- Experienced in nurse-led management of long-term conditions
- Strong clinical leadership and team-building skills
