Senior Operations Manager – Northwest England – £65,000 + Great Package
We are recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager overseeing a large team and a portfolio of education contracts within a growing Contract Caterer.
This is a pivotal role for the business and requires a senior operator who has extensive experience within state education Contract Catering.
About the role –
- Overseeing an established team of Operations Managers and a portfolio of education contracts
- Contract mobilisations, retention and development are a key part of this role
- Mentoring, onboarding, and training your senior team
- You will be involved in the tender process as the company grows
- Building and developing client relationships
Ideal Senior Operations Manager –
- Contract Catering experience at a senior level is a must, ideally within state education
- Excellent communication skills
