Salary: Up to £28,000 basic + Monthly and Quarterly Bonus Scheme

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is multifaceted, with both highs and lows, but ultimately rewarding. As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Build relationships to sell our recruitment services to both candidates and clients
  • Achieve sales KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Consult and advise companies on their recruitment plans
  • Grow your own business through sales activities, both on the phone and face-to-face

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with previous sales experience, excellent communication skills – both written and spoken – and proficiency in MS Office packages. A strong work ethic is also required, and previous experience in a sales environment will be beneficial, but not necessary – we will provide you with the necessary training.
