Pertemps Loughborough are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team specialising in the temporary sector. The team are a friendly bunch and besides the fact you’ll be keeping great company, you’ll also be provided with structured training and leading technology that you will need to do your job.

The branch is well established in the Loughborough area located in Carillon Court, and there are plenty of opportunities to progress if that is your ambition.

We are interested in speaking to you no matter your previous work experience. Recruitment is all about work ethic and application and with our training and support we believe we can give you all the tools required to succeed!

Your role:

Your first three months with include your induction to the company and then get you started with your learning and development programme which Pertemps pride themselves in as all trainers and content and the delivery is completed by employees that have first hand on the job experience in the industry.

Good local knowledge of the Midlands area is a must, as you will be liaising with local client and candidates.

This is a ‘hands on’ recruitment role which includes:

• Understanding your clients’ job vacancy requirements.
• Writing and advertising job vacancies.
• Screening candidates and assessing their skills and fit against new roles.
• Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs.
• Organising candidate interviews and client meetings.
• Managing candidate offers and their recruitment journey.
• Using social media and digital channels for candidate and client attraction.
• Networking with clients to establish/grow relationships.

Ideally you would have a full driving licence as you would be going out on client visits.
