Job Description:Recruitment Consultant
Location: Modern office – Pride Park (With Parking)
Salary – £25,000 – £40,000 + Company Car
Pertemps Derby are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. As a temporaries Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top-quality candidates with our clients. Your experience in end-to-end recruitment, knowledge of the local market, and relationship-building skills will support the growth and continued success of the office.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will
Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels and sell our recruitment service
Call and visit prospective clients
Attend client meetings to discuss new business and review current service
Deal with recruitment interviewing and selection of temporary staff
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have the following skills and experiences:
Have the energy and determination to succeed
Previous experience of sales is advantageous but not necessarily essential
Possess a strong desire to learn and accept guidance
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be well presented with a good sense of humour
