Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly Answer and direct phone calls and WhatsApp messages Schedule appointments and manage front desk calendar Maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide general information about visa services, courses, and partner institutions Record and forward client inquiries to appropriate team members Assist with basic document handling, scanning, and filing Follow up on missed appointments or rescheduling requests Support admin staff as needed during busy periods Report daily activity and feedback to the office manager Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala OR Punjabi and Sinhala Polite, professional phone and in-person manner Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy front desk environment Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email, Google Calendar) Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
