Our hotel is located in the heart of London, and we are looking to complete the team with a new person. Will you join us?

What are we looking for?

A receptionist full time.

What will you do?

Customer service prior to arrival (reservations, request for information, etc.)

Assisting the customer on arrival (check-in, transport of luggage and packages, etc.).

Customer service during their stay (delivery of messages, wake-up service, handling of complaints and suggestions, safe service, ticket reservations, etc.).

Assisting the customer on departure (check-out, taxi booking, etc.).

Provide customer service support after departure.

Carry out all internal support tasks that derive from customer service throughout the process (cashiering, recording incidents, updating system data, production control, etc.).

Coordinate with the floor department to prepare and check out rooms.

Coordinate with other departments for any needs.

Compilation of customer satisfactiontools

Attending and participating in meetings with management and other departments.

Filling and following in the daily log

Help the guest before, on their arrival and departure (reservations, check in/check out, luggage, transportation, etc.)

Assist the guests during their stay (delivers messages, wake-up call service, management of complaints and suggestions, safe service, booking tickets, etc.)

Maintain an inventory of reservation, vacancies and room assignments

Answer enquiries regarding hotel services, provide assistance and respond to guest’s complaints

Attend to meetings with management and other departments

Competencies:

Participate in selling Hotel services to the costumer

Strong Problem Solving

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Should be able to deal with all types of customers and work under the pressure of being the only person in the hotel during some shifts.

What do we offer?

We are committed to the stability of our teams, which is why we offer the following conditions:

  • It will be a permanent contract.
  • Your normal hours of work will be 37.50 hours per week over 7.5 shifts.
  • Two consecutive days off per week.

What are we looking for?

  • You should have Roomie DNA, which means being fun and brave, being committed to your environment, and feeling passionate about your work.
  • Its very important that you have at least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist.
  • It would be great if you are familiar with OPERA, our PMS.
