Ultimate Recruitment are looking for  Reach Truck Drivers for our client based in Desborough.

You will required to hold an accredited Reach Truck licence.

Hours and Pay:

• Rotating shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday

Pay Rates

• PAYE: £12.12 overtime Rate £18.18 after 37.5 hours
• UMBRELLA: £14.85 overtime rate £21.57 after 37.5 hours

Duties:

• Safely unload and load goods using appropriate manual handling equipment.
• Log all incoming and outgoing goods on the Warehouse Management System.
• Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch in line with customer requirements.
• Complete stock checks on time, safely, and accurately.
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily team targets.
• Report machinery faults and health and safety breaches following proper procedures.

Requirements:

• Accredited Reach Truck license.
• Excellent time management and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
