Location: Rhondda Cynon Taff
Pay Range: £25 – £32.50 per hour
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Radiographer with specialized skills in MRI to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting MRI scans, ensuring accurate and timely image acquisition, and collaborating with the broader healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans with precision and adherence to protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and report on imaging results.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with advances in radiography and MRI technology.
- Provide excellent patient care, addressing any concerns or questions with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
- Proven experience in conducting MRI scans.
- Strong knowledge of radiographic and MRI techniques, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
