The individual in this role is responsible for managing the Manufacturing Quality team to meet business performance targets and annual objectives, while offering specialised knowledge in Quality tools. They serve as the Quality representative during operational tiered and escalation reviews. Additionally, they are tasked with establishing and maintaining quality assurance and control processes to ensure that product standards are consistently met.
