Job Title: Quality Inspector

Shift:

Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:00

Friday 08:00 – 15:00

Salary: £14/h

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Document and report inspection results, identifying any non-conformities and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation.
• Participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to quality assurance policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in quality assurance is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, techniques, and standards.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills to convey quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality management systems.
