Pub Operator – Old Waggon & Horses Newbury, Newbury

The Old Waggon & Horses is a very successful business in the historic market town of Newbury, the pub has recently undergone a major investment which has seen the pub grow from strength to strength being the leading peoples choice in Newbury for the late-night place to be.

The pub boasts a pool table, dart board, and beautiful seating areas overlooking the canal, we have state-of-the-art sound and lighting with great TV viewing in all areas you sit.

This is a two-bar operation which lends itself to be all-inclusive and welcomes different kinds of customers from older to younger revellers from 11am through till close daily.

The ideal operator will have extensive knowledge of the local area and display the ability to build strong relationships with a tight-knit community. They will understand the importance of investing in their people and the pub to enable this pub to reach its full potential, someone with little to no commitment no children and committed to the fun vibrant nightlife economy, must be able to drive through experience with late night DJ’s, Karaoke, Pride events, be the all-round party host.

Being close to the racecourse and understanding how to plan and capitalise on major events planned, showcasing all sporting events through our new state-of-the-art systems and screens.
