*Role snapshot:*
The candidate appointed will provide a specialist service , supporting *assessment *and 1-2-1 *intervention *work for *young males* presenting with *sexual harmful behaviours*/other mental health within a residential setting.
Facilitate *group supervision* and group dynamics. You will also complete *risk assessments*, work collaboratively as part of a *multi-disciplinary *team and evaluate *service procedures/audit.*
*Contract type* – permanent
*Hours* – part-time, 3 or 4 days per week
*Salary* – £35,000 – £37,500 FTE
*Experience required:*
Applicants applying will be working towards, or hold full accreditation with the *BACP/UKCP/NCPS/BABCP* (or a similar professional body) and *must *have experience working with *children *and *young people *who have *complex *needs.
