98Job Description:We are looking for people with experience in the community and voluntary sector and project delivery to join our friendly and supportive Transformation and Change team. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Officer to support the delivery of an integrated care system-wide Community Directory, working with partners and in particular the community and voluntary sector.
This post offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting project that is going to change the way that the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System offers services out to our population. The integrated care system is working to revolutionise the way we offer services out to our population. The role will be key in delivering significant change and we’ve got big ambitions to revolutionise the offering to our population and workforce across the care, health and community sectors. The project officer will play a pivotal role in establishing, fostering, supporting, and overseeing collaboration between partners, including working closely with residents, providers of activities and services, Community and Voluntary Sector organisations, the front-line workforce / professionals, and unpaid carers to contribute to the design and delivery of a directory of community assets and services.
In general, project officers play a key role within the corporate Transformation and Change Group, working with corporate sponsors, service leads and internal/external senior stakeholders. The focus of our strategic projects includes social care provision, services for residents and operational transformation, and you will be expected to have an understanding of this context at interview. Specifically, this post will be working with the community and voluntary sector.
You will be expected to:
Support the delivery of the Systemwide – Community directory project to deliver change to the appropriate levels of quality, time, budget and performance.
Lead on smaller projects and workstreams
Support the establishment of business cases, project plans, risk registers and other key project documentation.
Deputise for the Project Manager when required.
Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
You will need to provide extensive and demonstrable Community and Voluntary and project experience as set out in the attached job description and person specification.
