A leading technology services organization is seeking a dynamic project professional to manage and orchestrate integration projects as part of their mergers and acquisitions (M+A) program. The successful candidate will work with subject matter experts to plan and deliver the integration of two operating companies, using existing playbooks and collaborating with multiple departments and third-party suppliers. The role requires proven project management experience, a deep understanding of operational aspects within a company, and skills in commercial project management, technology and IT systems, senior stakeholder management, project management software, and communication. The position offers a supportive management team, training opportunities, a starting salary of £40,000 – £50,000+, and company benefits.

Job Description:A dynamic project professional is now sought by a leading technology services organisation, to manage and orchestrate Company integration projects, as they continue a programme of mergers and acquisitions (M+A)

As the successful project manager, project co-ordinator, project professional you will orchestrate subject matter experts planning and delivering the integration of two operating companies. Working to an existing playbook you will work with multiple departments, third party suppliers 

This role will require an individual with proven project management experience and a thorough understanding of all operational facets within a Company.

With the ability to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

  • Proven commercial project management
  • Good understanding of technology and IT systems
  • Senior stakeholder management and reporting
  • Use of project management software and Excel
  • Delivery of multi-layered business projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
