63Job Description:Project Manager – Devon
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a reputable and growing fit out company on a permanent basis. This company have established long term existing relationships and offer a concept to completion service and as the Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality on schemes up to a couple million.
Responsibilities:
- Manage programming, day to day running, life cycle of the scheme
- Coordinate work of subcontractors for various phases
- Establish timelines, calculate labour and material costs
- Generate and issue regular internal and external project reporting
- Report the progress and any necessary modifications of plans
- Liaise and chair meetings with site staff and clients
- Carrying out Risk Assessment and Method Statements
- Manage and maintain a clear staffing structure
- Implement & ensure all works carried out are accordance with all HS&E and the site Health Safety and Environmental Plans
Requirements:
- Previous experience within fit out/refurbishment
- Experience of TESCO fit out is a must
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving License
