Energia Group have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Delivery Manager based in Belfast.
This exciting Technical Delivery Manager position sits within Energia Technology & Innovation; we are looking for talented and experienced IT professionals with a strong foundation in the implementation and delivery of technology solutions. The successful candidate will work with the Programmes and Projects team supporting the delivery of solutions for projects and programmes across Energia Group.
Reporting to the Head of Programmes and Projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of technology solutions for Energia Groups’ businesses, leading multiple technical teams across technology projects.
*What you’ll need*
* Solid experience in leading multiple technical teams across multiple streams of work; including three or more of the following types of team members: Technical Analysts. Application Developers. Data Engineers / Database Administrators. Azure Cloud Engineers. Quality Assurance Testers. Project Managers / Scrum Masters. DevOps Engineers. Business Analysts. Architects. Network Engineers.
* Solid experience in designing and delivering multiple technology solutions with three or more of the following technology stacks / solutions: .NET Front End and Back End Development. Azure Serverless (PaaS). SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS or Oracle Programmability. Azure Data Factory or Databricks. API Driven Architecture (REST or SOAP). N-Tier Architecture. CI\CD DevOps Pipeline automation. Network topology. On Premise or Azure IaaS Windows Server OS VMs. Implementing SaaS for enterprise.
* Solid experience in managing the technical delivery of multiple 3rd party technology deliveries.
* Solid experience in both waterfall and agile technology delivery methodologies across multiple streams of work.
* Commercial and business awareness to drive value for money for business through quality technology delivery.
