About the role:
With a huge focus on enhancing the Skills for Care initiative and inspiring learners to progress their careers into the Clinical sector, you will be instrumental in shaping the futures of students completing their T-Levels Health qualifications. This role will involve both class-room and simulated delivery, to ensure that learners have the required knowledge and basic practical skills to pursue either a clinical care position, or move into a Nursing based role. I am looking for a passionate educator, who genuinely wants to help and see people succeed. Part of the role will be linking learners with local NHS services for work experience, and ensuring they are able to put their new skills into practice.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have a clinical background yourself, ideally be a registered Nurse with active PIN and most importantly, be passionate about education. Ideally you will already have teaching experience however I would still love to talk to people who are looking at making a move into education – full training, support and teaching qualifications will be on offer for the right candidate.
