Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all manufacturing and production processes

* Designing new processes to improve quality, increase productivity and profitability

* Planning and managing rota to fulfil production demands

* Continuously monitoring production quality, costs, progress and onsite management on a daily basis

* Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines

* Working closely with senior management and other heads of departments to improve production efficiency, requirements, timelines and costs

* Implementing safety, health, environment, and quality requirements

* Developing and implementing steps to complete training programmes

* Choosing and leading large project teams

* Taking part in project meetings, site visits, and noting any adjustments and additions to the project

* Organising all project-related paperwork

* Using real-time data collection to increase accuracy and lower labour costs

* Negotiating with suppliers and contractors

Requirements:
· Proficient Microsoft Office, SAP
· Must be able to work flexibly, when necessary
· Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal
· Strong work ethics, responsible, reliable and positive
· Must be able to work legally in the United Kingdom
Language Requirements:
* Mandarin Chinese (fluent)
* English (fluent)
* Any other languages will be a plus!
