* Confirming quality, and inspection
* Production assembly & end of line packing
* Raising and implementing improvement ideas
* Maintaining a clean and organised environment
* Perform additional duties as required
This role involves manual labour, including lifting and standing throughout the shift.

The ability to follow standardised work and build to the same quality every time.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Good levels of attendance
* Flexibility to carry out overtime when required
* Be physically able to carry out manual work
* Enthusiastic to work and have excellent communication
* Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
* Resilient and adaptable to business demands
_The ability to read and speak English is required due to processes being in written in this language._
Shifts are Monday – Friday, 7:50am – 5:00pm with an hour break.
This role is a zero hour contract with guaranteed shifts, if candidate shows commitment and efficiencies within the role we are open to move to fixed contract.
