The primary responsibility of the Team Leader is to manage the shift safely and efficiently, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap rates, On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery, quality standards, throughput, and productivity targets are met. The role involves providing effective management and leadership to the production team.
