Production Planner Administrator

Exeter, Salary up to £23,200 Up to 6.4 weeks Holidays – Pension – Free Eye Test – Free Parking – Immediate Start – Staff Discounts – Life Assurance – Cycle to Work Scheme – Training.

As an experienced Production Planner Administrator you will ideally have proven relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.  Experience of computerised enterprise resource planning and stock control systems is desirable, together with an analytical and inquisitive mind.

Production Planner Administrator responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage production schedules and plans to ensure efficient workflow
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and materials for production
  • Monitor inventory levels and track materials to ensure availability for production
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of production budgets and cost estimates, inputting orders into Sage
  • Experience with ERP systems for production planning
  • Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery
  • Implement and improve production planning processes and procedures
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments related to production planning
