Recruit4staff are working alongside our prestigious client based in Bridgnorth, due to expansion they’re looking to add a number of staff to their ever-growing team!

We have the following shift patterns available – 
Days                    £10.75ph 6:45 am – 4:30 pm Mon to Thurs OR 8 am – 4.30 pm / 1 pm Fri
12-hour Days    £11.07ph rising to £11.29 after 12 weeks 6 am-6 pm Mon to Thurs
Lates                   £12.36 ph rising to £12.90 after 12 weeks, 4:30 pm-02:15 am Mon to Thurs
12-hour Nights £12.90 ph rising to £13.44ph after 12 weeks 4:30 pm-4:30 am or 6 pm – 6 am                                   Mon to Thurs

What we can offer you as a Production Operator:

2. Factory tour (Thursdays) followed by a brief chat with a Production Manager 
3. Due to a long-term secure order book, permanent opportunities are available 
4. Regular Overtime opportunities, paid at PREMIUM rates which INCREASE after 12 weeks
5. Previous automotive manufacturing experience is not required as full training and support provided
6. Roles are available within assembly/molding/machine operation and finishing
7. Refer a Friend Scheme
8. Weekly pay 

Duties of a Production Operator:

        i. Working in a fast-paced team environment
       ii. Some roles require heavy lifting and manual handling
       iii. Assembly, Machining, quality inspection 
       iv. Working in a very busy target-driven environment

What we are looking for in a Production Operator:

2. Willingness to learn and follow instructions 
3. We are looking for staff who have previous experience working within production/manufacturing/warehousing or any other fast-paced environments
4. You MUST be able to get to BRIDGNORTH – your own car is preferred
5. Some of the roles may involve heavy lifting – Manual handling training will be provided

We would be keen to see applications from candidates who have worked in environments such as: Production, Factory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Assembly, Hospitality, Foundry, and Machining, having carried out duties such as: Operative, Operator, Casting, Production, Team member
