As a Delford Operative, the individual is responsible for monitoring and controlling the metal detector Critical Control Point (CCP). This involves conducting checks in accordance with company policy and customer requirements. Any quality issues or concerns must be promptly reported to the area Line Controller, Process Controller, Operation Team Leader, or Production Manager for immediate corrective measures. The role emphasises effective communication, teamwork, and interaction with various personnel to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
