We’re on the lookout for a *Production Manager* with a passion for EV technology and a proven track record in high-voltage battery operations. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact, this is your moment.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Lead day-to-day operations across battery intake, diagnostics, repair, remanufacture, and shipping.
* Ensure every battery meets the highest safety and quality standards.
* Manage resources, inventory, and tooling to keep production running smoothly.
* Mentor and grow a team of 3–15 battery technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with H&S, engineering, and customer teams to drive performance and innovation.
* Track KPIs, report on productivity, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
*What You Bring*
* *5+ years* of hands-on experience with high-voltage EV batteries in the automotive sector.
* SAP-level qualification for electrical systems.
* Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems and EV architecture.
* Proven leadership in production environments, with a focus on safety, quality, operational improvements and team development.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
