The South East Consortium (SEC) is a not-for-profit organisation based at the Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne, representing social housing providers in London and the South East. SEC run more than 150 tenders every year across a diverse mix of organisations. SEC are looking for a Procurement Partner to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, working from home 3-4 days a week and the remaining onsite. We will offer support and guidance to the successful candidate.
You will be responsible for:
* Delivering compliant framework competitions and awards for a diverse range of customers
* Supporting customers by providing framework intelligence and data to support recommendations on routes to market
* Management of existing framework data and opportunities
* Delivering bespoke procurement solutions and advice to customers
* Delivery of framework/DPS procurements from design through to implementation
*What you’ll need*
* Awareness of and practical interpretation and application of Procurement legislation and it’s parameters.
* Knowledge and experience of Public Sector procurement and contracts.
* The ability to demonstrate experience of delivering excellent customer service to a range of relevant stakeholders.
* Excellent planning, organisational and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
* Experience of interpreting and presenting data and information.
* You’ll be a proficient user of a range of Microsoft IT packages, especially Excel, and electronic tendering platforms (e.g. ProContract, Mytenders etc).
* A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be desirable.
