Procurement Officer

The Finance team is responsible for finance, procurement, business planning, business management, internal audit, and financial governance. Due to its central role, the team collaborates closely with all directorates within the Office of Rail and Road (ORR). The individual in this role will assist the Procurement Manager in achieving organisational benefits in procurement and will actively contribute to establishing Procurement as a key strategic enabler within the ORR.

The Finance team covers finance, procurement, business planning, business management, internal audit and financial governance.

As a result of these activities and its position at the centre, the team works closely with all directorates within the ORR. The individual will support the Procurement Manager in delivering organisational benefit in the procurement field and actively participate in positioning Procurement as a valued strategic enabler within ORR.
