Client Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Procure to Pay (P2P) Specialist to join our client’s esteemed Commercial Services team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with finance, ensuring seamless shopping cart compliance and purchase order management within SAP By Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring adherence to the client’s governance procedures, resolving issues with internal stakeholders, and escalating when necessary
• Actively driving process enhancements and innovation within the team
• Providing administrative support as required within Commercial Services
• Generating reports on Framework spend, payments compliance, and supplier financial assessments
• Conducting supplier setup and due diligence activities
• Collaborating with finance colleagues on spend data reporting and compliance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and adaptability to diverse IT systems
• Previous experience in finance or procurement is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Demonstrated curiosity to understand the client and its operations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
