You will be a key employee in the manufacturing organisation. You will help provide the technical skill-sets necessary to manufacture high quality vaccines in a compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The role is based at our Liverpool site and will report to the Production Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision, assists with the setup and operation of production equipment..
- Operates manufacturing equipment following standard procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
- Determines and corrects minor machine malfunctions.
- Enters data for process control, departmental databases and spreadsheets.
- Performs routine maintenance and cleaning.
Skills and experience
- English & Mathematics GCSE
- Foundation computer skills
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology sterile production
- Preference given to candidates with technical training in a biotech program.
Please note this is a 12 months secondment / TFC
