We offer the most comprehensive lifestyle and hospitality management services for discerning private clients.As a Private Residence Housekeeper, you will be responsible formaintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and discretion across a portfolio of high-end residences. This role goes beyond routine cleaningit demands precision, deep understanding of luxury materials, and the ability to anticipate the needs of a private household.

Your duties will include:

  • Meticulous cleaning and presentation of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, formal living and dining areas, home offices, and guest suites, ensuring they are immaculate and guest-ready at all times

  • Confident operation of high-end appliances and smart-home systems, understanding how to handle each item with care and troubleshoot minor issues

  • Daily maintenance routines including flushing infrequently used water outlets (showers, taps, toilets) and airing rooms to maintain freshness and functionality

  • Wardrobe and garment care: steaming, pressing, folding, and storing high-value clothing (e.g. silks, cashmeres, designer pieces), maintaining organisation by category and season, and flagging items requiring repair or professional cleaning

  • Laundry management with an eye for detail and fabric knowledgesorting by fabric type and colour, using the correct detergents and techniques for delicate or specialty items

  • Special project support, such as deep seasonal cleans, household reorganisation, unpacking after travel, preparing residences for VIP guests, or assisting with formal events

  • Monitoring property condition: being the first to notice and report maintenance issues, wear-and-tear, or safety risks, and coordinating discreetly with the Director of Private Residences

  • Inventory control of cleaning supplies, household consumables, and linen stock, ensuring all items are in place and properly rotated

  • Security procedures: confidently locking up the residence, arming/disarming alarms, and managing access protocols with utmost discretion

  • Clear and professional communication with the Director of Private Residences, reporting status updates, completing task checklists, and flagging any concerns or special requests

  • Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times, respecting the private nature of the household and its occupants

PERSON SPECIFICATION ABOUT YOU

You will have:

  • Proven experience in private residences or five-star hospitality

  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaininghigh standards

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, often on short notice

  • Professionalism, discretion, and reliability

  • Knowledge of fine materials, luxury surfaces, and wardrobe care

  • Polite, respectful, and guest-oriented behaviour

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

This is a zero-hour position with availability for short-notice special projects essential.
