The Goring is currently looking for a Private Dining Executive to join an impeccably English Hotel. The Goring features 69 sumptuous suites and rooms, each uniquely decorated with the ?nest furnishings. As the last remaining family-owned luxury hotel in London, it is renowned for its warm, intimate atmosphere and personalised service.
The Private Dining Executive Role:
As Private Dining Executive, you will effectively manage and sell the private dining space at the hotel. You will be required to prepare all event documentation and coordinate with the restaurant team and client to ensure consistent, high level service throughout all stages of the event.
What we are looking for in our new Private Dining Executive:
Previous experience in either Events or Food and Beverage in another 5* luxury property
Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate
Detail orientated and effective decision-making skills
Have a desire to provide 5* service to our guests and create memorable experiences
Effectively prioritise and organised
Ability to maintain relationships with both guests and colleagues.
Ensuring effective communication within the department on promotional activities within the hotel, including food & beverage activities and in room promotions to assist in achieving/exceeding our revenue goals
