Job Description:Primary Teaching Assistant

*** Primary Teaching Assistant
*** £70 – £80 per day
*** ‘Good’ school based in Bartley Green
*** Immediate start – July 2024 finish
*** 1:1 and small group support in KS2
The school are looking for and enthusiastic and bubbly graduate to work in KS2, supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis. You will also have the opportunity to work with some tutoring sessions, gain the experience you need to apply for teacher training. You will also be given tutoring training, providing you with in depth knowledge of the education system.
The school is based in the Ward of Edgbaston, which consists of Edgbaston, Harborne, Quinton and Bartley Green. Busses running from the city centre and places like Harborne, and Selly Oak will drop you directly outside the school. The school have been deemed ‘Good’ by Ofsted and are on the path to achieving ‘Outstanding.’ The school has a community feel and feels like one big family.
