The Graduate Network is currently seeking a Primary ECT for a wonderful Ofsted ‘Good’ primary school located in the Birmingham ward of Edgbaston.
 
Primary ECT Position Details:
 

  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Ofsted ‘Good’ primary school in West Birmingham
  • Primary ECT position, starting September 2024
  • £30,000 per annum

 
About the Primary ECT Role: As a Primary ECT, you will assume full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessments. Your role will involve teaching either a Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 class, depending on your experience. Crafting exciting and creative lesson plans that engage pupils and yield positive outcomes will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, active participation in all aspects of school life is expected, consistently portraying a positive role model for the students you support.
 
Requirements for the Primary ECT: To qualify for this Primary ECT position, you should have recently qualified as a Primary Teacher or be on track to gain QTS this academic year. Commitment to working five days per week in a full teaching role is essential. A dynamic and fun personality, coupled with a strong ability to build rapport and manage behaviour effectively, is highly desired.
