As a Primary ECT, you will be tasked to lead a Year 4 class. You will need to have an enthusiastic and charismatic personality in order to keep these lovely pupils on track. The aim is to raise their attainment levels and give them the best possible start to life in secondary school.
The school is 2-form entry, which means you will be able to bounce ideas off another teacher in the same situation. Being in North Birmingham, this school is easily accessible from both Birmingham and Walsall, with train and bus links dropping you less than 500m from the school entrance.
