As our business continues to grow with an expanding range of generators and special builds, we are looking for a passionate and skilled *CNC Operator* to join our dynamic team.
*Main Responsibilities:*
* Work closely with the Production Manager to follow the priority production schedule.
* Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines within defined parameters.
* Perform tool changes to accommodate material thickness and bend radius, following tooling recommendations.
* Accurately fold and form sheet metal to specification.
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality finished products.
*Essential Criteria:*
* Preferred experience operating and setting up CNC Press Brake machines but not essential as full training can be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment.
* Competent in verifying measurements using tools such as:
* Good knowledge of machine tooling and tool setup.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance.
