Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant with an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services to join their team at Harrogate District Hospital. The role involves engaging with customers, patients, healthcare professionals, and Trust colleagues while participating in various branch processes. Key responsibilities include dispensing medication for outpatient prescriptions, managing stock, and handling invoicing and deliveries. Candidates must demonstrate self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, an understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to prioritise tasks and work collaboratively. The position requires a total of 40 contracted hours, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Rowlands Pharmacy are currently looking for an experienced NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services to work as a Pharmacy Assistant in the Harrogate District hospital pharmacy.
You will participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients, healthcare professionals and Trust colleagues. Duties
will include dispensing medication on outpatient prescriptions, stock ordering and management, invoicing and financing deliveries, as well as all other duties associated with working in a busy outpatient pharmacy.
You will have a NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services
Essential:
Able to demonstrate self-motivation with good interpersonal skills
Understanding of confidentiality
Ability to prioritise work load and work to deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team
The hours & Working Pattern of the role are:
Total Hours Contracted 40
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 5:30pm
