Job description
Big Motoring World Group is an expanding dealer group that is going from strength to strength and is looking to employ a PDR Technician at our Sheffield Prep site. Working as a PDR Technician within our busy workshop.
We are looking for a skilled PDR technicians on dayshift operations. Ideal candidate would have recognised training certification or repair experience of a minimum of 3 years in a recognised environment.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals with a self-motivating attitude, with an eye for detail and able to work as part of a team within a busy, fast-moving environment.
Role and responsibilities:
Carry out a PDR in line with the company standard
Carry out all tasks in line with your skills and the business requirements, to the highest quality standards at all times
Maintain high standards of house-keeping
Carry out basic routine servicing and mechanical repairs
Person specification:
A full, valid UK driving licence is required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience required
Experience working on steel and aluminium vehicle body panels.
Take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work
Good communicative skills and ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions
Team player
Demonstrates an honest and diligent approach to work
Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details
Your own set of PDR Tools and Tools box
