Payroll Team Lead

The Payroll Team Leader will report to the Payroll Manager at the shared service centre in Rushmere. This role involves managing a team of payroll administrators and assisting the wider payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payments for all employees across various sites on both weekly and monthly payrolls. Additionally, the Payroll Team Leader will support the Payroll Manager with more complex payroll tasks, ensuring compliance and efficiency within the payroll process.
