Client – Partnered with a global client that focuses on people’s well being.
 
Role – This is a great opportunity for a Payroll Manager to play a key role in the organisation while working closely with HR, Finance and other departments. You will also inherit a team of two and work closely with them while leading and mentoring them.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• You will be working closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• You will also be a key member representative in the pension committee as well being the go to person for all things payroll.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• CIPP qualified or qualified by experience – essential
• Experience with payroll software and systems – Ceridian Dayforce (desirable).
• Experience with off-shore payroll tax regulations (desirable).

Salary – Up to £60,000 p/a (DOE) + bonus & benefits
