The ideal candidate will have a background in high-volume fine dining, preferably with Rosette or Michelin experience, and must be organised, personable, and a strong team player. This role involves managing a pastry section in a vibrant, contemporary dining environment.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced, Pastry Chef de Partie who has passion and flair for all things French Patisserie . You will be working in a brigade in one of Mayfair’s most popular dining destinations opened in 2018 this fantastic brand has 14 venues worldwide and are rapidly expanding, whilst ensuring their core values are first and foremost; the team are a family and the guest experience will exceed expectations. You must have experience in a fast paced fine dining restaurant with French Patisserie skills

The Person
The successful Pastry Chef de Partie will have the following:

  • Experience in premium, high volume dining
  • Must have French Pastisserie background
  • Ideally have Rosette or Michelin experience
  • Ability to join long standing team and work together
  • A highly experienced Pastry Chef
  • Outgoing & personable is a must
  • Experience in Modern French dining
  • Organised, passionate & driven
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dynamic, team player
  • Able to work evenings – shifts finish 12.30am approx
