We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pastry Chef De Partie to join our Baking Team! You will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, cakes and baked goods to the highest standards. Working within a busy pastry section, you will ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in every product.

Prepare, cook and produce a range of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

Follow recopies and plating guidelines while contributing new ideas for seasonal or signature products.

Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards across all pastry operations.

Manage mise en place efficiently to ensure readiness during service

Support the Head Pastry Chef with inventory checks, ordering, and production planning.

Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and used safely.

Train and guide junior pastry staff or comiss chefs when required.

Work collaboratively with other production departments.

SKILSS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end bakery, patisserie production kitchen.

Strong technical pastry and dessert-making skills

Good understanding of flavours, presentation techniques.

Organised, efficient, and able to work under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for pastry.

Knowledge of allergen management and dietary adaptations.

Creative flair and an eye for presentation.
