Temp to Perm opportunity.
Immediate start.
Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
£15phr equivalent to £31,200 per annum
Based in Tamworth.
 
Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire control panels and systems according to engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all wiring and connections meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Perform functional testing of assembled panels to verify proper operation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including test results, revisions, and any changes from the original design.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and successful project completion.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.

 
Requirements

• Proven experience as a Panel Wirer or in a similar role (required)
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams (required)
• Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in panel wiring.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Relevant vocational or technical qualifications in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
