Job Summary by the Career Balance Team:

The Baker Recruitment Group is looking to hire Picker/Packers for their client based in LS10. The shift pattern for this role is 4 on 4 off, from 6.00am to 6.00pm, with a starting pay rate of £10.42 per hour. The responsibilities of the role include loading, unloading, wrapping, and packing goods in a chilled environment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be a team player, and have excellent attention to detail. Desirable skills include punctuality, reliability, and manual handling. The position is full-time, with the potential for permanent employment.

Job Description:

Baker Recruitment Group are pleased to be working alongside our client based in LS10. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit Picker / Packers to join this busy operation.

Shift pattern is as follows:
4 on 4 off  – 06.00am – 6.00pm
Starting from £10.42ph

Key Responsibilities:
Working in a busy environment you will be involved with the loading, unloading some wrapping and packing of goods. This role would involve working in a chilled enviroment.

As our client is extremely customer focused you will be expected to demonstrate an excellent level of quality in your work and will always work to a high standard.
With good communication skills, you will be a team player with a flexible attitude to work. You must have excellent attention to detail, be enthusiastic with a thirst to learn, develop and progress.
