104Job Description:Position: Order Picker
Location: Banbury
Shift: Fixed Morning Shift, 6am – 2pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack orders using scanner instructions and voice pick technology
Ensure all orders are completed with high accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
High numeracy skills
Ability to read and follow scanner instructions
Experience with voice pick systems is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Physical ability to lift and move items as required
