As Shift Operations Technician in the Enfield, Grain and Taylors Lane organisation you will be responsible for the Day to Day Operations of one of the most efficient Gas fired Power Stations in the UK, ensuring SHE compliance and high performance of the asset.

Your responsibilities
You will carry out the day to day operational requirements of the Power Station.
You will carry out corrective maintenance and planned maintenance activities.
You will be expected to diagnose faults and support with root cause analysis
You must be capable of supporting the Shift Team Leader in Managing an Incident or Emergency
You will drive the plants performance to achieve world class standards.
Your profile
Essential
Good knowledge of the processes associated with Electrical Generation
Good commercial skills and an understanding of the Electrical Generation Industry
Awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance.
Ability to work across multiskilled teams.
Desirable:
Root cause analysis and incident investigation
Mechanical or EC&I craft skill.
HNC /HND or Degree in a related Engineering subject.
Senior Authorized Person.
Experience at working with High Voltage Electrical Generators and High Pressure systems.
