A leading financial advisory firm is seeking a Remote Office Manager with previous experience in the financial services industry. The role involves supervising a team of para-planners and administrators, utilizing previous financial practice experience, maintaining a productive home office, overseeing administrative functions, and facilitating effective communication within the team. The successful candidate will have a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or be partially qualified, strong leadership and managerial skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and technology. The salary for the position is £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, with additional benefits.

Location: office/Home-Based (will need to go into office twice a week for meetings) Or when required
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
As the Remote Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our virtual office. Your responsibilities will include:
Team Management: Supervise and support a team of para-planners and administrators, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient workflow.
Practice Experience: Utilise your previous experience in a financial practice to bring valuable insights and expertise to the team.
Home Office Setup: Maintain a well-equipped and efficient home office to facilitate productive remote work.
Administrative Oversight: Oversee administrative functions, streamline processes, and implement best practices for improved efficiency.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team, fostering a positive and collaborative virtual work environment.
Requirements:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or partially qualified.
Proven experience working in a financial practice is essential.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in virtual collaboration tools and technology.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
