A legal firm in Leeds is seeking an office assistant to support with their increasing workload. The responsibilities of the role include providing general admin duties, producing accurate legal documents, answering phone and email queries, assisting with case management, scheduling appointments, and working closely with the partners of the firm. The ideal candidate should have excellent timekeeping, experience in a similar role, be organized, able to work off their own initiative, have strong prioritization skills, and great communication skills. The position is full-time and pays £11.00 per hour. Immediate start is available.

Our client is a successful Legal firm based in Leeds city centre who are looking for an office assistant to support with the increasing workload.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general admin duties
- Produce accurate Legal documents
- Answer any phone/e-mail queries in a timely and professional manor
- Assist with case management
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments efficiently
- Work closely with the partners of the firm to ensure accurate and timely caseload
- Ensure all relevant documents are at hand for the wider team
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent time keeping
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Organised and able to work off own initiative
- Strong ability to prioritise
- Great communication skill
