Occupational Therapist – Reablement

JOB-32030TTM, in collaboration with the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust, is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist – Reablement. This role focuses on assisting individuals to regain independence at home after a health or social care crisis. The occupational therapist will assess, plan, and deliver personalised interventions while managing a complex caseload and collaborating with clients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must have a degree in Occupational Therapy, be HCPC registered, and possess at least two years of post-qualification experience. *Essential Criteria:*
* Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
* Registered or eligible for HCPC registration
* Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, including 6+ months working with older adults in acute/community settings
* Full UK driving licence (unless disability exempt)
*Desirable Criteria:*
* Postgraduate training in rehabilitation/falls prevention
* Practice educator experience
* Knowledge of cognitive/perceptual deficits
